Silent Yoga Experience: appointment dedicated to yoga, wellness and connection with yourself.

An exclusive event that transforms sunset over the sea into a moment of deep presence, beauty and sharing.

An opportunity to practice yoga while the sun slowly descends on the horizon, listening to the teacher’s voice and a soundtrack immersive directly into the wireless headphones.

At the end of the lesson will start Talk & Sound, a special moment in which live music will accompany the yogic reflections of Rita Cariello: short pills dedicated to awareness, well-being and personal growth will alternate with the melodies of musicians, creating an intimate and engaging atmosphere.

At the end of the evening, all participants can share a convivial moment with a drink and a cup of fruit, offered free of charge, to greet the sunset and live together the beauty of being well.

Free participation with mandatory reservation until the headphones are exhausted.

– 18.20 – 18.45: headphone pickup reserved for booked participants;

– 18.45 – 19.00: headset open to all, subject to availability;

– 19.15: the beginning of the Silent Yoga Experience with Hatha Yoga lesson suitable for everyone, even to those who approach for the first time to practice;

– about 20.30: conclusion of the practice.
