A sixty-year-old professor of etruscology and psychologist wife, decide to spend a holiday in a quiet and isolated mountain chalet. The attempt to live a romantic weekend also serves to restore the balances of couple in a marriage often subjected to resistance tests.

But what happens if a sudden snowstorm forces the two spouses to host a young couple stuck in the storm?
