22° National Assembly Association Aeronautica Aviatori d’Italia – Air Show Frecce Tricolori

From 25 to 27 September the city of Salerno will host the prestigious national gathering of the Italian Aviators, an event that previews a rich and engaging program, with the waited final, Sunday 27, of the show of the Frecce Tricolori.

The program includes numerous events with the participation of institutional, political, military and religious authorities, the Associations of Arma and Combattentistiche and the Gonfaloni of the Province of Salerno, the City of Salerno and Baronissi, as well as the presence of the Flag of Institute of the Aeronautic Academy. Aeronautical events are integrated with the initiatives of the National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises gathered in the exhibition “The Sky in the Hands”, dedicated to local Made in Italy. The event will be held on Friday 25 September 2026 at 7.30 pm at the Pasolini Theatre. Exceptional guest and godmother of the Raduno will be the Av. Capo Milena Baldassarri, already individualist athlete of rhythmic gymnastics, silver medal at the World Championships of 2018 and only Italian of the discipline to have reached two Olympic finals.

The National President of the Arma Aeronautica Association, General of Air Force Giulio Mainini, said: “The National Assembly represents the highest expression of the vitality and presence of the Association in the country. It is an extraordinary and important public event, which intends to reaffirm the closeness and affection of all Members towards the Armed Forces and, through celebratory initiatives, enhance the widespread network of associations active in Italy and abroad in the protection of the ideals and values of the aviators. ”

The Association Arma Aeronautica, together with the Municipality of Salerno and the CNA of Salerno, has prepared a rich program of events, available entirely on the site of the Association and its social channels.

The initiative, promoted and supported with determination by the Section of Salerno of the Association Arma Aeronautica, led by Gen. Isp. Capo (r) Gennaro Cuciniello, and the Regional President Gen. Brig. Gianni Palermo, received the full support of the national presidency, represented by the President, Gen. S.A. (c) Giulio Mainini, and the Secretary General, Gen. Div. (c) Rinaldo Sestili. “I am sure this gathering will be a great feast and that the City of Salerno will welcome us with affection and enthusiasm“, declared the National President of the Arma Aeronautica Association, General Giulio Mainini.

Around 1,500 participants are expected from all Italian regions. They will also be able to attend the performance of the Frecce Tricolori dell’Aeronautica Militare, which will present their acrobatic program during the scheduled air event in the afternoon of Sunday 27 September on Lungomare Guglielmo Marconi. The event will call for hundreds of thousands of flight enthusiasts.

The event is realized with the Patronage of: Ministry of Defense, Aeronautica Militare, Campania Region, Province of Salerno, Municipality of Salerno, Aero Club d’Italia, Camera di Commercio Salerno, CNA Artigiani Imprenditori d’Italia Salerno.
