For the fourth consecutive year, the association “We Women… Above all” walks alongside Komen Italy to promote and spread the culture of breast cancer prevention. This synergy transforms solidarity into concrete actions, reminding us that breast cancer remains the most widespread among women, but thanks to early diagnosis today we reach very high healing rates. Identifying a injury promptly means being able to access less invasive care and drastically increase the chances of success.

First phase: 21 and 22 October

Free visits and screenings with mobile units in the quarters of Mariconda (ex covered market), and Matierno (via degli Etruschi 85).

Second phase: from 23 to 25 October

At the below Piazza della Concordia, inside theVillage of Healthpromoted by Susan G. Komen Italia, in collaboration with “We Women… Specially”, free visits and screenings dedicated to prevention and health will be available.

The Walk for the Cure

Saturday 24 Octoberappointment with “Walk for the Cure“, the note walk in pink: not only a walk, but a fundamental moment of sharing to give visibility to women who struggle, raise funds for new health projects on the territory and shout strong the importance of health.

The meeting point is scheduled for 16.00 in Piazza della Concordia.

At 17.00 departure: 4km walk, led by Mauro Russo.

Minimum donation: 10.
