The great classical music in the heart of Salerno
From 3 July to 8 August 2026, Salerno is lit with the music of the first edition of Salerno Summer Concerts, a new exhibition of classical music born from an unusual and extraordinary artistic synergy between two historical realities of the Campania music scene: the Alessandro Scarlatti Association of Naples and Salerno Classica.
Under the artistic direction of the masters Costantino Catena and Tommaso Rossi, the exhibition proposes a musical journey of excellence in the frame of the evocative Cloister of the Diocesan Museum of Salerno, a place where the beauty of history meets the harmony of music under the stars.
From the baroque and classicist repertoire to the great soundtracks of the cinema and to the contaminations of the twentieth century, the solo show of international fame, ensemble affiatati and young talents.
