Michele Adinolfi suspected that his wife Amelia betrayed him on the occasion of a business trip that together made Cremona twenty years earlier.

The suspicion becomes certainty when Adinolfi finds an equivocal and yellowed receipt of the hotel Empire… of Cremona. A series of twists will lead, laughter and fun to an unexpected ending..
