Limen Salerno Festival 2025 – VI edition

LIMEN Salerno Festival 2025 - VI edizione

With the theme“I made it all wrong”, come backfrom 26 to 28 junethe festival with a far-sighted artistic direction: after Lucio Corsi and Bnkr44 before the success, this year new names ready to conquer the Italian music scene.
TheLimen Salerno Festivalhe is ready to return in his best suit. The Parco dell’Irno will once again be the scene of an exciting edition as never before: from June 26th to 28th the Arena Ghirelli will be colored at feast for a festival that pushes every year more the asticella forward, between concerts, exhibitions, workshops, numerous activities and associations, with the support and patronage of Region Campania and Chamber of Commerce and with the patronage of the Province of Salerno, Municipality of Salerno and Conservatorio di Musica.
MUSIC
The line-up rewards a right mix between young and talented artists to artistic collectives of navigated experience. Music is the fundamental component of the festival, withthree days of concertsamong established artists and promising young people, dj sets and much more.
Starting the26 June with La Niña, explosive singer who was able to grasp the aspects of Neapolitan musical tradition by mixing it with more modern and hybrid sounds. Its is a music of great social impact, a sharp and deep pen able to dig and bring to light stories of rebellion, revolt and denunciation. With her, there will also be the very young voices of♪, artist mixing electronics, R&B and continuous experimentation; andAltea, with a music with a sensitive and powerful touch at the same time. To close the evening we thinkFirewith their hybrid dj-set to inflame the whole arena!
The27 junewill be the turn ofSethu, Savonese artist who, after his participation in Sanremo, continued to stand out for a sound that mixes punk, hip hop and energy. To followEmma Nolde, one of the most promising artists of the Italian music scene: his voice is a journey through the most visceral emotions of the human soul, with unique sounds and intimate texts. Then it will be the turn of theThree Cheers Dead Boys, group that for over thirty years has been carrying out experimental music, alternative and original; an anthem of freedom and personal revolution. In the independent Italian scene are an indispensable reference point and with their masks a point of view on life made of love and uncertainties.
To open the third evening of28 juneone of the most revolutionary bands of italian music: i99 Posses. With a history of pure social commitment and critical thinking, their artistic parable influenced several generations by finding in them a unique way of expressing and manifesting their rights. To close the festival, the ironic and street spirit returnsMorfuco & Tonico70with the Gold School Brother. A unique training to celebrate the last night together on stage with two real giants of the Salerno hip-pop scene, for a moment of music between sharp rhymes, a rhyme flow and overwhelming energy.

THE
This year the Limen Salerno Festival celebratespraise of error, its ability to create an alternative space where to grow, change and evolve. No matter how many times you have fallen, it is important not to stay still, because the error is not a barrier, but an obstacle to overcome every time. Inspired by Ecate, goddess of the crosses and magic, powerful lady of the darkness that reigned over demons, on the night, the moon, the dead. Through the symbolic universe of the goddess Ecate we want to bring a new perspective on the errors of life, on the triplets and on the falls, which are to be celebrated to find the right force to move forward.I made it all wrong!: is the claim of the sixth edition. An anthem of resistance and courage to celebrate the strength of change, a new compass for those who lost their way. With a pop and visionary look, the Limen Festival every year adds small revolutions to its personal history.

EXPO, ART AND ARTISTICAL INSTALLATION
As always, the Limen does not stop at music: every day, startingfrom 18:00, the festival spaces open to the public withworkshop, talk, interactive games, art installations and much more. A creative ecosystem where ideas, visions and people meet and contaminate themselves, looking for new ways to live in the city. This year, the Expo values not only the talents of the territory, always at the center of the cultural proposal of the festival, but also opens the doors to artists from all over Italy, in an authentic moment of growth and openness. A concrete sign of the direction that Limen is also taking on the artistic level: to broaden its network, to give space to new visions and to foster a fertile comparison between different paths. Many of the artists involved spontaneously approached the festival, recognizing its spirit and cultural identity. The community thus becomes the core of the exhibition project: a place of confrontation, dialogue and contamination that gives life to heterogeneous works and languages, but unified under a single dome: error.

INFO USES
To make the festival even more accessible, the ticket for each evening is available at the price of 10 €, while the subscription for the whole festival costs only 25€. Tickets can be purchased on pre-sales at TicketOne and, on the days of the festival, also directly on site.

  • Churches and MonasteriesThe churches and monasteries of Salerno preserve the spiritual and historical heart of the city, especially in the old town centre, where monumental buildings and more intimate spaces tell centuries of faith and art. • Museums and ArchaeologyMuseums and archaeology in Salerno recount the thousand-year history of the territory through artefacts spanning from prehistory to the Roman era, housed in a network of institutions spread across the city. From the Provincial Archaeological Museum, hosted in the former monastery of San Benedetto and dominated by the famous bronze head of Apollo, to civic and diocesan museums and the routes dedicated to the Etruscan-Samnite sites of Fratte, each exhibition offers an immersive journey through everyday objects, funerary goods, sculptures and the evidence of ancient civilisations in the Salerno area.
  • Gardens and ParksGardens and parks in Salerno offer a widespread network of green areas stretching across the entire city — from historic gardens to large urban parks — creating spaces for relaxation and socialising just steps from the sea. From the Parco del Mercatello to the Parco del Seminario, from the Parco dell’Irno to the gardens of the eastern district and the Giardino della Minerva, these places combine nature, outdoor sports and cultural events, enhancing the urban landscape and making the city more liveable in every season.
  • Modern ArchitectureModern architecture in Salerno reshapes the relationship between the city and the sea with iconic buildings and open public spaces, transforming the waterfront into a new contemporary urban hub.
