The route proposes an exploration of matter as an element of dialogue between the complex of San Nicola della Palma and the collection of contemporary art.

The visit explores three variations of matter: from the matter of the place, observed through materials, surfaces and traces of time that tell the story and transformations of the convent, to the matter of the work, explored through different techniques and languages; from ceramics to weaving, from photography to painting.

An experience dedicated to the subject that changes, understood as an element that, through the gesture of the artist, transforms itself into form, language and meaning, in a continuous dialogue between the memory of the place and the expressions of contemporaryity.
