Appointment Wednesday 1 July to the Irno Park with the lesson of Ashtanga Yoga (dynamic practice, medium intense).
Starting lesson at 19.00, itrovo ahead of the old furnace (near the Ghirelli theatre).
Free admission, free activities, no reservation required.
We recommend comfortable clothing and bring with it a mat or a mat.
