Yoga with us in the parks 2026, XIII edition



Appointment Wednesday 19 August to the Irno Park with the lesson of Ashtanga Yoga (dynamic practice, medium intense).

Starting lesson at 19.00, I find myself ahead of the old furnace (near the Ghirelli theatre).


Free admission, free activities, no reservation required.
We recommend comfortable clothing and bring with it a mat or a mat.
