The pencils flowing from the sheet now draw the space of the roads. Suspended above the passersby, they change color and entrust to light words of love, hope, joy, respect and friendship, written in Italian and in English. Luca Pannoli starts from an object of childhood, able to give a form to the emotions and worlds that we still imagine. The colors reach the walls and people, involving them in the same design. Walking, you find yourself in an open page, where even a word encountered by chance can suggest how we would like to live together.
Technical characteristics
Thirty luminous pencils, 230 cm high, are suspended between the buildings. The lighting combines variable color LED tubes and projectors, which change over time the appearance of pencils and diffuse light on the surrounding surfaces. Each element has a word in English and Italian.
